Right of Withdrawal & Returns

1. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you, took possession of the goods.

To exercise this right, a clear statement sent by post or email is sufficient:

You may use the model withdrawal form set out in section 8 for this purpose, but are not obliged to do so. Withdrawal may be declared from the conclusion of the contract onwards, and therefore also before the goods are received.

Sending the notification in good time is sufficient to meet the deadline.

If we have not properly informed you of your right of withdrawal, the right does not expire until twelve months and fourteen days after the point in time referred to above.

2. Consequences of withdrawal

We will refund payments received, including the statutory delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days of receiving the withdrawal. The refund will as a rule be made using the same means of payment; you will not be charged any fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of return, whichever is earlier.

3. Returning the goods

The goods must be returned within fourteen days of withdrawal at the latest, to:

The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods. The customer is liable for any diminished value only under the statutory conditions.

4. Voluntary 30-day return policy

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, Ekene Sport grants a voluntary right of return of 30 days from receipt. The customer bears the return shipping costs. To qualify for this voluntary right of return, the goods must not have been worn or washed and must generally be in resaleable condition.

This voluntary right of return is granted in addition to the statutory right of withdrawal. It neither limits your statutory right under sections 1 to 3 nor makes it subject to further conditions. In particular, under the statutory right of withdrawal you may inspect and try on the goods; you owe compensation for diminished value only under the statutory conditions.

5. Exchanges

Direct size exchanges are not offered. The customer returns the original item and can then place a new order in the desired size.

6. Personalised goods

For goods made to customer specification or clearly personalised, the statutory right of withdrawal may be excluded where the statutory conditions are met. This may apply to names, numbers, club crests, custom designs and individually designed team kits. The voluntary 30-day return policy does not apply to personalised products.

7. Rights in respect of defects

Statutory rights in respect of defective or faulty goods remain unaffected.
